Description
Modulez is a music scene comunity, mainly focused on modscene (i.e. tracking, music demos and so), but all music artists are welcome.
Non-profit portal
Modulez is a non-profit community (the web-portal, irc channel, and mail-list), so we get no economical benefits from the site. This means that all this is maintained by people that just does this for fun, from the servers' admins to the web admins and news posters. So let's thank them
for this wonderful work. :)
Music Copyrights
All music listed or linked in the website is property of its author, uploading any file to the FTP server is responsability of the artist, who agrees that he/she owns the intellectual properties of it. If you think that some file on the server or any link on the site breaks the copyright or it is a rip of another tune, please let us know (see contact section). So this music portal DOES NOT hold any illegal mp3 files, but all the files are property of a registered artist.
Spam
Your submitted mail address in the profile WILL NOT be listed anywhere in the site, so no spam will be made. The only purpose of this mail is just to mail you automatically if anybody makes a review of one of your tunes, or to be contacted by the admins if it is needed, nothing else.
Banning
Modulez is free to ban/delete any user account if we think it is necessary, due to offensive behavour, illegal file uploading which breaks copyrights, news spamming, etc.
